The group drafted a number of examples of ideas that we could use as a theme to the Exhibition. The ideas ranged from having a culture environment theme such based on the surrounding location - Chelmsford, to a practical study theme such as a Video film theme.
The group also decided on ideas that had to be arranged immediately and that should be conducted by the end of next week. These ideas included a draft of the work that each of us would be handing in and a personal photo including details of the author of the created work. The photo is to be taken by the end of next week, hopefully with the aid of the photo studio so that all of the pictures taken can be of the same resolution, format and background environment.
It was also decided that each of the members in the class should contribute a donation of £10 each to add to the funds. If each of the class members contributes to this idea the exhibition will have a budget in excess of around £210. This will mean that individuals will not have to fund raise using external methods such as cake baking etc. but can do so should an individual wish to.
A facebook group has now been created and each of the Exhibition members is to contribute 3 theme ideas onto the group wall that we could use as a theme for the overall exhibition.
Each of the class members, as a whole, are to create a list of up to 10 individuals that they wish to invite. These individuals are to attend on selected days spread over the week and not all on one day.
If possible a group member or members to create a draft list of the possible hospitality methods that can be arranged with the canteen based within the University. This is to include prices of food and drink for the budget.
